The Milly-Rose Stirrup foundation was founded in 2023, just months after the sudden and devasting death of our beautiful girl Milly.

Our own journey was filled with missed opportunities to make memories, and a very obvious lack of individuality for Milly.

As a family, we have never sat back when something isn’t right, and Milly was such a kind and caring little girl, we knew she would want us to do something.

So this is where we began. We provide hand casting kits, support books for parents and siblings, cooling cuddle blankets – to provide families with time with their child, and perhaps our biggest support, bereavement suites, a safe space for families to come away from the clinical and often very traumatic space they have been in, to spend time with their child.

We also have recently introduced Tonies boxes to our support packages, along with teddies for those children rushed in with nothing, like we were with Milly.

So far we have worked with 5 hospitals across the north west and the midlands, we are speaking with 2 other facilities at the moment, and also have a big announcement coming in August that we cant wait to share with you.

But our work cannot continue without your support. Together we have raised over |£73,000 and that is incredible, but we cant stop there, not when there is so much more to be done and so many more hospitals to reach.

Our wish would be that our support is never needed, but sadly it is, and your kindness can help us to hold those parents, when the worst happens.
